First and foremost; I chose this location because they opened at 8am on Saturday and I needed a u-haul as close to 10am as possible, they are close by. I arrived at 9:20am in order to get the paperwork started as I understand things are not instant... no one was there, the clerk didn't arrive until 9:59. in the meantime I called their store and heard the phone ringing inside so no-one was there for sure and the 1-800 U-haul line was overwhelmed with calls so I sat on hold, in the cold, for 40 minutes while I waited for the clerk. Once we got inside she asked for my driver's license as well as the co-driver's drivers license. proceeded to take multiple pictures of it (through the U-Haul app); and gave no explanation of what was going on or what she was doing. my Co-driver and I stood there for another 45 minutes before we even got the key. I do not believe she knew what she was doing as she had to call for help from someone else who works there 3 times during this process. The truck itself was covered top to bottom in snow, understandable as it's winter, but there was no brush so I had to borrow one from one of the houses nearby; cleaned off the truck and got it warmed up, checking the bed of the truck - I guess they remain unlocked and it was a mess back there, candy wrappers and a pop can, that I swept out once I got to my house. I do not think I will ever use a third party U-haul again, my experience differed greatly from what I expected from such a well known company. I was late for my timing and had 2 of my 4 workers walk off and not stay for the day.

Use a different location the guy was confused,rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing telling me how to use a U-Haul etc wouldn't let me leave until he read the whole contract and in very poor English I use U-Haul so far twice this year and plan to use them 6 more times this year I won't use this location again
Bryanna BI was not aware that I was supposed to return the truck to this exact location, otherwise I would have confered with the contract. The man behind the counter (processing the rental) stated that it was his fault for not confirming it. He also stated that he thought about calling me later to confirm but didn't. I was charged an extra rental day even though I did in fact drop the truck off at another location in the day intended. I don't think i should have been charged the extra day, especially when I technically did drop it off at another UHaul location on the day planned.
Judy GThe store we rented from was really rude and disrespectful. Called me a liar. I don’t understand the point of us having to threw the app and take pictures of the whole vehicle and the mileage and fuel, but they can still turn around and try and charge you for fuel you didn’t use. Then tells me he has no record of my photo, so why do I have to go through this picture taking process if it helps me none?! Bullshit guy behind the counter. Slow as heck and rude and gets to overcharge. Store inside is disgusting.
