The bag of furniture pads was empty and ripped open in my unit. I will now have to pay close attention to the receipt to make sure I am not charged for them. There should be a way to confirm that upon pickup so I do not have to worry about being charged for it later on.

The truck brakes pulled to the left and when the tow haul was on the transmission would not shift correctly. Horrible ride.
