The locations and the people were all great. It was the truck maintenance for such a new truck that has been ignored. I don’t know who’s responsibility that is but they definitely miss this one before they sent me on a long trip with a truck that had a lot of problems.

I have never met a person while renting a truck or a car with his excellent customer service skills. Renting at Chateau Storage made me wish I needed to rent a UHaul truck every Saturday. Kirk’s warm, friendly and congenial personality made our move yesterday flow easily. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would double it and give him a 20. Kirk should be the face of “Customer Service” for any industry!
Larry DThe bag of furniture pads was empty and ripped open in my unit. I will now have to pay close attention to the receipt to make sure I am not charged for them. There should be a way to confirm that upon pickup so I do not have to worry about being charged for it later on.
