Even though it was a small trailer, I should have made a thorough inspection before I drove off. During my usage, I discovered one of the drop down gate retainer pins was missing. I used a long lag bolt in its place so I had two pins securing the drop down gate.

the truck we ordered weeks in advance was not available when we arrived. Jerry at the office was as helpful as he could be. considering he did not have the equipment we ordered. I was not happy with the pickup process at all.

Everyone was nice my complaint is I was initially charged $115 plus and my total bill came out to $65 when I called after giving them time to put the difference back onto my card they told me that it should be there and if not it's my responsibility to go in with my paperwork and try and get the money I don't mind waiting till Monday which would put it at a week but Tuesday is a holiday so she said if I don't have it by then it'll probably be Wednesday or Thursday which puts it at 7 days I just think that that's a little ridiculous and I felt like the customer service was not very apologetic I'm pretty easy-going I just was given attitude for even calling and asking and I didn't appreciate it.

This was a very hot day, and when walking in to the store to manage the drop off process and wait for the truck to be reviewed the facility was so HOT and hard to sit in. the staff was nice, just felt bad for how hot they must have been, i feel like their mood could have been supported with a reasonable temp.



This location never answered the phone when I called on numerous occasions. Went to the reservation/call center. Call center was somewhat helpful but would have been a lot better if the location would answer my questions.

Hi I am unclear on why there was a $25.00 +tax cleaning charge? The truck cab, box and body where returned cleaner than we received it as we cleaned out the rotted food we found behind the seat that had apparently been overlooked from the prior cleaning ? Thank you for your attention to this charge that appears without my knowledge and of no known merit? Capt Christian Lint Ps I received a response to my inquiry and the issues pointed out regarding keys locked in cab is a result of very unclear company online return procedures. We returns the truck on time and was personally told there were no problems with the key return confusion.The issue of any " mud" would have had to be VERY trivial and hardly warranting a charge of any kind! I'm sorry for having to experienced this kind of treatment...I will not use this location or management again!

It's been a couple years since I last rented from this location and things have improved greatly! It was so bad last time I rented here I used another location a few times since then and now. I almost didn't come back this time but they had the equipment I needed. So I gave them a chance and was very pleasantly surprised, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and fast. The process to return vehicle after hours.... no one tells you up front that you need a smart phone with a camera to do it by the directions given on line. Some people do not or cannot have smart phones (work restrictions or personal choice). Basically I left the truck and dropped the keys in the box.... and went in to square things the next morning... and it was all taken care of, no worries, no fuss. Given that the staff did this (which I am grateful for and give them credit for just doing it the way it has always been done)... why such a needlessly complicated after hours return? Why take and upload photos of gas gage and odometer?? The staff and equipment were great... it is corporate U-Haul that needs to rethink their system.
