I got to the place I was supposed to get my truck and everything went well til I went to get the keys. The guy who worked there said they had recently bought the place I was supposed to be getting my keys from and their store did not work with U-Haul. After an hour on the phone with U-Haul, we got it worked out and I got my truck. U-Haul then told me they would refund half of my purchase price for my trouble and it has now been a week and a half and they have not refunded anything. Very disappointed with this experience.

I made my reservation 2 months in advance and paid about 2 weeks in advance for a 15â€™ truck and a car trailer. I was informed by U-Haul 2 days before my 360 mile journey that no item from my reservation was at the U-Haul I reserved them for, matter of factly they were at two different U-Haul in opposite directions. The service at each site was stellar but having to procure these items from these locations made a 360 mile move more difficult and anxiety ridden. It was my understanding that the purpose of the reservation was to get what you need at the U-Haul location of your choice, and if thatâ€™s not the case that needs to be explicitly explained.

my mother taught me if you can't say something nice don't say anything. Wrong size and type of trailer when request and reservation was mad approximately 10 days out.

Your one way operation is horrible. You cannot expect people to go all over to pick up vehicles. Moreover, delivery to destination needs to be investigated. We went to our delivery destination at 9 Market Place in Palm Coast, Fl and it was abandoned. Called the number and he was done for the day at 3:30 PM. Sent us to another place. He was fast and efficient(UPS Safe Store). Your people in Bristol, Pa on 413 were good. Your central ops person is nasty and awful. She needs to go. She wanted us to go to a bad neighborhood in Phila, pa to pick up truck. Luckily there was a truck in Bristol. Then we had to go to another location to get car hauler. Bristol Motor Cars. Were really nice. All in all, vehicles should be brought to rental location even in one way situation.

First of all I did the express check in and we were there for almost an hour. We ordered a appliance hand dolly with the truck, THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE!!! Then we had to go to another uhaul to pick that up. The guy there was trying to charge us again even though I already payed for it in the express check out. The appliance dolly was an old rusted thing with wheels that looked like they were going to fall off!! This was the 3rd time we rented a Uhaul in the last 3 years and this was by far the worst experience!!!

Make sure to have enough Hand Trucks, Dollies, I made a reservation for a truck and a hand truck and end up with just the Truck even worse allither nearby locations didn't have any . Unacceptable

They did not give me anything I asked for. They gave me the wrong dolly. I asked for 5 moving blankets and there were 60 plus in my truck and they just left them in there because they didnâ€™t want to take them out. Then they told me that it was my responsibility not lose them because someone is going to eventually pick them up. Me and my brother had to spend about 15 minutes moving them to the back of the truck because they were scattered all over the truck and in the way. I really want my money back because I think thatâ€™ in and of itself is ridiculous. None of them even seemed to know what they were doing.

I placed my reservation for a U-Haul site right off of a turnpike exit. When we arrived to pick up our truck, the representative said he did not have any more trucks and sent us to another location a few miles away. This was at a car dealership and we had to wait over twenty minutes because apparently only one person (owner) could process our reservation. It was very frustrating because we drove 2.5 hrs. to pick up the truck, waited for 10-15 minutes at the first location and 20 minutes + at the second location and we had people waiting to help us move. I feel we should have at least been notified about the location change.

I am always overcharged when I use uhaul. It's always a reason for something and it's really frustrating. I was charged for safemove when I declined it and was not refunded. I'm just very disappointed in uhaul services.

If you're in a rush to rent a trailer, I won't recommend this location. Staff members are very courteous, computer system very slow.
