Can’t improve perfection. Showed up at Rockcastle, mgr, dropped what he was doing and got paperwork done very quickly. Walked out got hooked up to trailer, discussed some safety issues and confirmed trailer was correctly hooked up . Got on the road. Same as checking trailer back in. Very good U-Haul facility. Will contact again next time I need a trailer. Thanks.

We never got a 20 ft truck after ordering 5 days ahead. We ended up with a 26 ft and it cost more gas. The rental of storage units was a complete disaster! Our daughter had a 15ft with a car trailer, no one would even help her load the car! Your quality of customer service sucks!
