I was over charged. Company said I drove 35 miles. I drove only 20. I took a picture of the odometer before I left. I plan to dispute this charge of $15 with my credit card company. This is the SECOND time this location has over charged our family in less than a week. I was told to go there because they needed the business. No I know why they don’t get it. They are cheating customers out of their money!

I was overcharged for gas, picked up the vehicle at half bc a tank and left the truck with half a tank and drove only 10 miles. I was then charged for 10 gallons of fuel to fill the van to full even though I picked the truck up at half a tank. The truck needed an alignment and ran rough, it was very unsafe to drive. The windshield was poorly cleaned. I’m going to dispute this charge with my bank because I couldn’t get my money back for the improper fuel charge with the company.
