First off they called me a day before of pick up saying the location I was supposed to pick it up didn’t have it and didn’t ask me where I would like to go to get it like other U-Haul locations no they said I have to get it from a gas station that is affiliated with them…two no one knew how to put the trailer on or anything so lucky I drive trucks and trailers I did it myself and after all done a guy that works from U-Haul came to see if everything was good…it’s just poor communication and no help
