I've already made a complaint. But let me say this one more time. The truck wasn't at location promised to me, called uhaul and lady said pickup was changed and that I received a email informing me of it, well, I never received the email, anyway, went to new location and the place was closed. The app wasn't working because I needed to be inside gate well, like I said, the storage was closed. Talked to Sierra who was a pleasure to talk to for over a hour, finally she gave me the password to get the key, I ordered a hand truck..dolly...but there wasn't one. I came from Savannah Ga to Brunswick Ga for the truck, I had to pay my movers although I couldn't get my refrigerator or stove due to no dolly. That means I have to get another truck from somewhere just to get my items!! I also had to pay 3 extra dollars for going over the mileage but then again I could had made it in miles if I didn't have to go to 2nd place to pickup truck..I was charged for the dolly although I never received it to begin with!!! What has happened to u haul???? I don't think I could ever get another truck from y'all again due to the fact I spent over 500 bucks for truck, dolly, gas, and to pay my movers for just a desk, cat carrier, and 6 dining room chairs!!!! Shame on uhaul!!!

CLYDE DThis UHaul dealer's service on Community Road in Brunswick, GA is beyond excellent! We had to change our reservation at the last moment, and we were promised a trailer. That trailer did not materialize, but the dealer found a trailer for us in another town, and delivered it to his dealership in time for us to pick up on schedule. He communicated with us and kept us apprised of the circumstances! This type of service is not available in today's market very often. I would certainly recommend this dealer for anyone! He certainly cares about his customer.
