We had to replace windshield wipers; which were shredded. It was an inconvenience to go to a different location to get a car dolly. Uhaul should have the truck and dolly ready to go at one location.

JENNIFER Rtruck had trash inside the back and the 24/7 share to dispatch a truck is a joke, took almost 2 hours to get truck, waited for over an hour waiting on the code for the box to get the key after paying. will not use 24/7 share again.
PAUL BI reserved the truck 3 weeks in advance. The day before pickup I was told I’d have to drive 50 miles to get the truck. No gas for our car or truck was offered, not to mention the time involved. There was also a glitch in your automated pickup that ended up taking 45 minutes to resolve. Your people were friendly and helpful but I would probably not use you or recommend you. This is the second rental that I’ve had problems with!
