JENNIFER Rtruck had trash inside the back and the 24/7 share to dispatch a truck is a joke, took almost 2 hours to get truck, waited for over an hour waiting on the code for the box to get the key after paying. will not use 24/7 share again.
PAUL BI reserved the truck 3 weeks in advance. The day before pickup I was told I’d have to drive 50 miles to get the truck. No gas for our car or truck was offered, not to mention the time involved. There was also a glitch in your automated pickup that ended up taking 45 minutes to resolve. Your people were friendly and helpful but I would probably not use you or recommend you. This is the second rental that I’ve had problems with!
Joe KNothing. The attendant was very polite, friendly and helpful. We had had a horrible day dealing with a Budget rental that was horrific and UHaul and this office saved our day and was a great experience.
