I was charged for safe move coverage but did not ask for it. I was charged to refuel the vehicle even though I refueled to the level I received it. Have the receipts and photos of the odometer/time/fuel level before and after. Now I have to dispute, another headache and thing to worry about. Shady way to do business. I won’t consider using U-Haul again due to this negative experience.
