Though the truck was clean, there was no appliance dolly as I had paid for. This resulted in my having to go to Buffalo Klatt True Value and pay for another Dolly which was $33. I don't believe they deducted the amount from the trailer rental for the dolly, let alone for my time and effort to go to the other U-Haul location and pick up a replacement dolly. I also initially rented a 15 ft as the 20-foot was way too large for my need, and after renting it, I was told it was no longer available. Turns out Klatt True Value had two or three of them, but they weren't able to be leased one way. Hence my being stuck with a 20 foot trailer. I ended up getting approximately 9.5 Mi per gallon which ended up costing me $75 to drive from Rockford to Virginia Minnesota. My only true complaint was the dolly was a major inconvenience and cost me even more as I'm not sure whether I even was credited for the one not available through Hallberg auto.
