Very bad area did not feel safe dropping off at tbis location

This location from the looks of it and location seems questionable. But when it came to communication with staff for what should be a simple rental.. they were great. Far better than my experience at an actual U-Haul facility (Main St @Canisus) For the next customer I would maybe give them a call if the vehicle is available earlier than the scheduled time. It could totally make someone’s day smoother and better. Although all in all, I would come back here
Shayla DAgain our drop off location was changed. When we got to the new drop off location they did not want to take the truck. We called U-Haul and were told to drop the keys in the drop box. Overall this was not a good experience if we need to rent another truck we will look for another company other than U-Haul.
