Don't charge $25 for a cleaning fee for a truck with weed roaches left inside. Actually help a customer who has questions rather than ignoring them. Don't charge double the estimate price. Only one problem with the location I picked it up, but lots of issues with Uhaul customer service. Not using your overpriced and filthy trucks again unless you actually bother to fix these issues.

MICHAEL AFirst I placed the reservation for a location closer to my home. I was left a VM stating that my location changed and the truck wouldn't be available until 10am. Went to pick it up, it was snowed in. Checked for the dolly that we ordered. No dolly. We had to drive to another location to get a dolly.
