Did not have the truck that I ordered. The trk that was promised was not in the location that it was supposed to be. The mger did offer a discount and it was applied. But, the trk I got did not have air conditioning. When I took it to get it fixed, the mechanic for road side assistance said that his "manager" told him that since no ac was not a "safey issue" that we could along the route, if it got to "unbearable" that we could take it to a ford dealership, because the truck was under warranty, and we could get it fixed at "along the way". Now who in their right mind is going to take the time to fix an ac in a trk when it should have been working the first place.... what I got my for my inconvenience was a billion apologies, 75.00 off on my rental, and 110.00 off my car carrier rental, 806.00 in gas money, when it would have cost me my comment uhaul is what is up with that......

The site had no information from the online reservation. It was all very confusing from online to actual site.



Do not allow other companies like the one we got our tuck from to rent your evhicles to U-Haul customers any longer . One of the trucks we atempted to rent , had a pool of antifreeze on the passenger side floor . The truck was not clean and had not be inspected .

Good location overall



Access to the truck could be improved. Snow had frozen the rear door and the snow had been pushed into the truck leaving it hard to access. It's important to maintain the area around the vehicle for easier access and to make sure the snow is cleared away from the rear door so it isn't frozen shut.

Have the rite truck



It took us two hours from the time we got there before we could leave with the trailer because this location had no tools. We were sent to 4 different local auto businesses while we were there to get the proper hitch hookup. We have rented from UHaul many times and never had this problem.

The overall experience was good. The pricing was a little steep when we ended up renting a 26 ft truck which wasn't big enough. Then two days later had to rent a 6by 12 trailer to finish our move. The price for the trailer was only 300 less than the truck. Very expensive. When we inquired the first time about renting a trailer with a truck we were quoted 676.00. Since we didn't rent them at the time the price went up to 883.00. A discount would have been nice. The overall expensive wad good just got pricey.

The web site does not work well for forign customers with international driving licenses. This delayed getting the trailer. I spent 45 minutes there! The location was so busy with their laundry buisness that we had numerous interuptions!



Speed up the rental process!



you need to have the equipment you say you are going to have there and not change it last minuet. If you say you will have the right size truck then make sure you do. If you won't have it by the time the customer needs it then say so. None of this I don't know or I 'm pretty sure it will be here. I got charged the same amount for the 17ft truck as I was told would cost me for the bigger one. won't rent from this location again.

My only suggestion would be this: upon telling the clerk that I was there to pick up a Uhaul that I reserved online, her response was "Oh, I hope we have it." That doesn't exactly instill confidence in a customer. Shouldn't they be looking at what they have that day and who has reserved what so they make sure they have the stuff the customer has reserved. They had it, but that probably isn't the best customer service practice.

The customer care at this location was fantastic. The 26' truck that I rented should not have been rented to anyone. The power steering was stiff, only after I got the truck back did I notice the wet spot in the left front fender well. Apparently the power steering resivour had leaked out all of the power steering fluid before I had even picked up the truck in the first place. The cab smelled like burnt antifreeze. The check engine light was on intermittently which meant I was not getting the best fuel economy. When u hit a bump there was a thumping sound from the front left wheel area. When the engine was cold the starter almost couldn't crank the engine over. To be blunt, that was the worst truck that I have ever rented from u-haul. It has been grossly neglected and should never have been rented out before havine these serious issues corrected. The power steering issue was the worst, it made an truck that is already difficult to control that much worse.
