You may want to find a different worker for that location. The girl who answers the phone is rude and hostile on the phone. They charged me triple the mileage used on the truck and added charge for insurance which I had declined. Complete fraud!!

Better support for when dispatched reservations are having problems.

The only reason I would not recommend this location to a friend is because there was no one available to inspect my trailer hitch or help with the hookup. The girl working was friendly and as helpful as she could be, but it would have been nice to have someone on site with experience in hooking a trailer up to a car.

no problem with the locations themselves (Firehouse Discount Fuels was closed but easily accessible) but rather the reservation/confirmation process. I received confirmation of one location, but then when I was in transit that location moved AND the type of trailer I needed was changed. Once I received a confirmation I didn't feel I needed to go back and look for NEW confirmations/changes and so I showed up at the wrong location. The changed pick-up was 40 minutes out of my way. The trailer that I was provided at that location was much heavier than I originally ordered and in fact heavier than my tow vehicle which is not ideal. I will not likely rent a trailer from U-Haul again.

The 26 footer truck tends to ride very bumpy. Maybe it can be serviced and there was hardly any gas in the tank. I had to fill up right when I left the firehouse location.

The young lady who helped me was professional and helpful. She went out of her way to help with the trailer I rented.

was on my way to pick up trailer at 11:10 when I received a call from location saying they were closing for lunch for 45 minutes. Did not get trailer until 11:50

When they arrived at a location to pick up the equipment, I was told that the person who handles the rentals was not in the office. The gentleman that I spoke with took some initiative by contacting someone by phone and was then walked through the process. Even though I follow instructions for expedited pickup, I still had to provide identification and credit card information which it previously been submitted. When I picked up the equipment, the rental card stated that the fuel was full however; I noted that the fuel tank had several gallons less than full. I mentioned this to the gentleman at the rental location.

Stay open until noon on Saturday. We arrived about 11:30am on Sat., April 30, and the place was all locked up. Called UHaul and they said the place is supposed to be open until noon. That's why I gave a "poor" rating.

My rental was a couple days after a snow storm and my rental was full of snow. Not a big deal but it would've been nice to have it cleaned off before I got there. I was given a squeegee and had to do it myself.

My pick up location was changed 3 times. the last location was inconvenient. The start mileage was recorded incorrectly by abut at least 10 miles. My help that picked up the truck had to wrangle for my 50 discount that I was promised. Overall, it made a stressful move MORE stressful.

I have used U-Haul many times over the last 30 years. I have had mixed reviews from very good to fair. I have to say that the woman that took care of my rental was smart, efficient and very business like. The truck was great. My best experience ever. I will never use another location again. Thanks, Roger Okenquist.

I had to wait for them to dig the trailer out, when i had gone there speecifically the day before to make sure it was ready to go Then i had to shovel a foot of snow out of trailer before i could load it They did not stick to what i did on line I just signed paperwork to get out of there thinking it was what i did online, because i PRE DID EVERYTHING And they charged me for 2 days and 16.00 for ins when i only had it for 12 hrs Returned it the same day
