When I arrived at the pick up time, the agent did not show that my rental was there for pick up. He said it was not supposed to arrive back until the next day. For some small miracle the renter returned it one day early. A really bad customer experience was narrowly avoided

When a dolly is requested, make sure there is one in the truck otherwise it is a HUGE inconvienince to the customer. Also, getting the order correct, i never requested a trailer and to be called about having to get one at a different location is not acceptable as i never requested one. So making sure the reservation is accurate and the truck has the requested equipment. Thanks.

The customer service representative was courteous and polite. BUT, I was not told that I had to rent the trailer for 3 days. I only used the trailer for a little more than one day.

We were looking for various moving supplies and He did not even offer a can I help you? He just sat quietly at his desk and we had to ask him where some items were

It took over an hour bro get thru the rental process and the guy at the counter "Bo" was not very friendly and at one point told me I should probably go to the regular uhaul location rather than deal with them because it was going to take a while. All the while another employee kept interrupting him helping me to go help him with other things. Very unprofessional. I rent a lot of equipment from you guys and this is probably the worst experience I've ever had.

I was advised where to pull up and the employee hooked up the trailer to my car. During my move I was pulled over and detained by border patrol and the contents of my trailer had to be inspected. The interrogation and search lasted for hours. Which delayed my arrival to my ending Location. I was advised when I returned the trailer that uhaul had reported the trailer as stolen and that was the reason for my detention and search. I WILL NOT BE USING UHAUL WVER AGAIN.

When I dropped trailer off at 4. No one was there. Someone in a truck drove by to see what we were doing. Advised we were dropping off a rented trailer. We were told'we we're all set'. But actually, we needed to use the ap to prove we dropped off so now I have a $20 charge I have to dispute.

The back of the truck was dirty and had leaves in it. I also specifically asked for a dolly and paid for it too, but they never put it in the truck. I also asked for a mattress bag and they never provided that either. Staff was rude. Will never use u haul again

When I took the truck it was dirty and I had to clean it before loading my stuff into it. The lady never said I needed to check my rent in on my mobile device so they charged me for 3 days when i had the truck for 8 hours. Also charged me a cleaning fee when i cleaned the damn truck 2 times once when picking it and before i dropped it off. Trying to get a hold of someone is nearly impossible and at this point knowing I was charged for it for an additional 2 days I am very angry I had planned on renting another one this weekend to finish moving but now I am not so sure I will ever do business again with UHAUL after this experience.

Provide vehicles with gas tank full vs. 7/8 full. It is almost impossible to refill the tank to exactly 7/8 even with the scale provided.

I have rented from uHaul many times but now I have to help with the maintenance when I return a trailer. I returned the trailer to the spot I got it from then went inside to check out. I was told I had to go back and hook up so they could check the lights. Since I was running late for an appointment, I told them I would return in an hour - which I did. Just so I could hook up to check the lights. The manager said this came down from uHaul. Not too customer oriented.

The man at the counter was condescending from the start. I let that go, as a young woman I expected this from a man working in a shop. He told me the gas needed to be returned at 3/4 tank or I would be charged. I told him I was only taking it a few miles to move a mattress and he insisted I could have it for 24 hrs if I had other things to move. I stated I was returning it that night because again, I'm moving a mattress 1 mile. This was at 430p on friday. As I walk out of the shop I get a text that the truck needs to be returned in 17 hrs, by 1030am the next day(saturday). I didnt care so much, as I knew I was returning it the same night. I get in the truck and took a photo of the gas gage/milage as it was under 3/4 tank and this was already looking bad. Upon returning the truck I filled it to 3/4 tank so I wouldnt be charged, despite it originally being lower upon pick up. I drove 5 miles total and the truck was returned Friday, back in the lot before sun down. The keys went in the box. No issues. The next day I see I'm charged for 2 days of use and insurance. They claim the truck was returned at 10:50a the following day. The uhaul customer service rep on the phone was a complete gem and helped me sort out the issue and I expect a call from the regional manager on Monday. The shop renting uhauls however have not heard the last of me and I plan to make sure everyone in my network and on Google understanda it's better to rent from anywhere else.

Noyes is a tire store that does a lot of walk-in business. UHaul is just a secondary gig for them. If you go, be prepared to wait in line behind "tire kickers".
