The vehicle was clean and well maintained. However, the in-store pickup experience was very slow. The employee was not experienced using the U-Haul software application and there was a lot of friction just trying to complete the vehicle pickup. For example, it was somehow problematic that I was both the renter and the driver of the vehicle, and there was issues validating my drivers license because of this. The whole ordeal took over 45 minutes.
