I do not voluntarily use self service anything which is why I made my pick reservation for a check in counter in Slippery Rock. Unfortunately my pick up was changed to the Butler site. The app is difficult to navigate thus necessitating a call to the customer service number. The rep was very pleasant and helpful and was able to process the pick up quickly. My drop off location was also changed to a site I did not want to use. The rep was accommodating and changed the drop off to my originally scheduled location. The locked boxes are very difficult to use…the spinner dials were hard to move and the lock was very hard to pull to open.
