Truck was reserved for 7:30 pick-up but no equipment had been assigned to my reservation (previous customer may have returned it after hours). Had to wait until location opened at 9:00. Reserved appliance dolly and blankets not available. Had to get blankets from another location, then call about a dozen locations to locate a dolly. Overall, took over 4 hours to gather all equipment from 3 locations. Truck location employee was very professional.
