App was laggy and wasn't very efficient. I understand I had issues submitting a proper picture, but the mobile pick up process was very buggy. I do not think I will use mobile pick up again
Marcus RWaited almost 30 minutes for someone to help me get the truck. When I showed up, the person at the desk said they didn’t know how to do uhauls and I had to wait for the right person to come back. When I got the truck, the tank was on empty so I had to stop and fill up for gas right away after already waiting 30 minutes.
