The vehicle was well maintained and clean. The only problem was that the way you place a bag of furniture blankets and dolly was definatley in the wrong place and took away from moving space!!! I had to brake the seal to the dolly to make room for my belongings. I never used it plus it was way to small to move my furniture. I had a big furniture dolly and I am sure you are still charging me for something that was simply NOT useful and or needed
