There is no signage at the location for who to talk to about Uhaul. I was directed to an orthopedic clinic receptionist. Following that I was told just do everything on the app and leave the keys in the box. Would have been helpful to know that this is an unstaffed location or mobile only drop off ahead of time. I appreciate that this location exists otherwise I would have to travel much farther to return rented equipment.

RICHARD OThere was no personnel there. The parking lot was super muddy and so full of uhaul's that you could not even drive completely around the parking lot
