Air conditioner was not working at well and it was hot that day. Was’nt a good experience with uhaul truck will not recommend my friends to rent uhaul. And wiper was also not good as front windshield was very dirty i wiped it but wiper was not at all in good condition

Oleksandr DThe location of rental was horrible as far as being served. I was ignored for well over 30 minutes. This was at the time of the reservation rental. When the truck was returned its was fast and smooth. 5 minutes.That last time I rented from the same place the rental was well within 5 minutes. However returning the truck I was ignored and waited 30 mins and I ended up putting the keys in the drop box. I notified that a head light was out as well as marker lights and weird transmission shifting with the tow haul off.
