Simple pick up through the app and the location is only a 7 minute drive from my house. One thing I would definitely say is trying to apply more competitive prices since Home Depot rental vans are $39 for 3 hours. Only reason I even tried U-Haul today was because I needed a van immediately and Home Depot vans were reserved for the day

PETER HI did have a problem picking up the truck remotely. I could not get throught the mobile process to get the keys and had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the store to open to get the keys.
