While the person who dealt with us was pleasant they were ineffective and had zero knowledge of the truck nor could they answer any of our questions. The truck interior was dirty with spills and sticky residue in every holder. We have rented many trucks from UHAUL and this was the worst.

Kenneth NI booked a 20 inch . I have a screen shot to show you as a proof. But on the day of pick up I was told that 20 inch truck was not available. So I have to book 2 small trucks and spent the twice the amount of money
