The customers who rent from this area, take it upon themselves to not return vehicles on time and don't care about paying late charges....unless those late charges mean something like late customer will be responsible for next rental for customer, U-Haul needs to rethink their loan policy for late returns....cost me time and I did not get the vehicle I booked well advanced for....this needs to stop...their are people out there that know how to time manage and there people out there that don't care
