I have mailed you guys regarding the issue in payment i refuel the van after use with same level…but i am charged for 14$ for fuel useage but i have already refueld the vehicle then why i am charged with fuel of 14$ i need my refund

It cost to much for a small one I paid altogether $75 and I used only for an hour

Elmer T.Original pick up location was Barlow, however when we arrived to retrieve our truck at the scheduled reservation time of 2pm, we were told there were zero trucks available. Fortunately, we had an individual at U-Haul help us locate an available truck in the city. The downside was that it was all the way in the upper NE quadrant of the city, more than a 30 min drive from point A to point B, more milage and more $$$ gas. Otherwise, we were still able to move the day as scheduled, just delayed by 4 hours.
