Very bad experience with U-Haul. I booked for 24 hours but was charged almost double. Dolly was reserved but not available at pickup. Staff was no proper support and guide. Totally unfair service. Not recommended.

The smell of a strong cooking spice was present throughout the entire van and with the heat on it got stronger. The smell actually made me and my helper sick to our stomachs. I needed to get and put in windshield washer fluid to be able to see to drive out of the pick up location plaza. The staff were very nice and friendly but the van was the downfall
