The customer service rep, Jas, was great, he was very helpful and friendly. The van was reasonably clean and serviceable. One major downside was the tires on the van were not good, we had a bit of snowfall and I could not get any traction. I ended up getting stuck for around 30 mins. The tires really need replacing.
Laurie BThis place a croc of crap. When I first booked a unit I was never told about the payment method and was surprised when was actually at location to rent. The person who about to book me was very nice . After finding out finding out the crap that was needed to rent I did not have the requiredn documents to carry through. I had to call a friend to help me with the payment , WILL NEVER AGAIN USE U HAUL AND WILL TELL ALL ABOUT THE CRAPPY SYSTEM.
