When we got here to pick up the cashier seemed to be chatting with some friends. We requested to have a utility dolly but was told they didnt have one. The guy helping us just mumbled the whole time he spoke making it difficult to know what to do. When you pick up at the uhaul they always have the gas tank full making it easier to fill up what you used. This place had the tank at a quarter tank, when we got it it was just under the quarter guy said he marked it on the report when I returned the whole thing just was worse and worse. I filled the gas to where it was and then was told thats not what was marked and that id be charged 45$ should I not fill it to the exact line. Then because I was an hour late returning I was charged for 2 whole days!!! Guy told me they would only charge me for 1 then all of a sudden "the system" wouldnt let him. Over all experience was just a shit show and scam.
