While the man was very helpful, thorough and pleasant, he was late, the location was awkward to park/get into, the rented UHaul truck had no gas and the furniture dolly I booked (well in advance) and paid for wasn't available. We had to go down the road to put some gas in the truck, and then further down the road to collect the dolly that I had booked.... Only to be told that that location didn't have a dolly for us either. Its a good thing we had 2 days to move (and had to pay extra to have the truck past 10:00am the next day) because of the running around we had to do before we could actually start moving... never mind being charged by the KM!!!

The handler was very nice and considerate as I was late for pick-up due to the distance of the location from me. I would say the truck could have been cleaner on the outside as it wasn’t cleaned but overall not bad at all.
