Gurpreet BVery poor customer service. They tried to blame me for pre existing body damage. When I returned truck they said I can go and will get final receipt shortly via email. However, they didn’t send it even I called them repeatedly. Eventually, they stated that there was a damage that would be investigated by manager who was away. That was a big surprise to me. Luckily, I had taken photos before and after using the truck that I told them but g the they were persistent that this damage was done by me and will be investigated. At that moment I had a party at home but had to leave guests and proceeded to the location and showed them photos. Even that, firstly, the CSR was not convinced. So, I enlarged photos and showed them damage that satisfied them and issued me final receipt. I mentioned them what pain I had leaving all guests at home and dealing with them. There was no apology but repeatedly I was told stereotype answer, “ I understand that” . This made me further upset.
Zahid BAc is not functioning well. Air flow setting not working. Air only blows to the windshield, even when trying to change the direction. Driver side window doesn't close properly.
