Can was clean. System took close to an hour for me to get the vehicle. The helper said it was the computer taking time to start up. I used the app to get everything ready before hand. But there system was bad. Was meant to get vehicle at 9am, didn’t get it until 9:50am. Worse experience yet!

Everything with the rental was good, except that the vehicle was not very clean inside. The rear view mirror was hanging, leftover receipts and garbage in the door cubbies and the floor mats need a good vacuuming.

James FFilled out online to get rental, opted out of insurance. When I went to pick up the insurance was on the contract. I asked for it to be removed the attendant said she couldn’t, so I paid for insurance I didn’t want The trucks rear view mirror was broken
David BArrived promptly at 10:00 am and had reserved in person. Another customer came in directed from a different UHaul because they overbooked. Then she proceeded to serve them first and gave away our unit. We then took the last unit, which took nearly 20 minutes. First come first served was not the case. The original estimate came in at $87. the mileage we gave her was precise at 52 km round trip. We had estimated from 10 am to 2pm but returned the unit before 1:00pm. Quote the odometer 8303km. Then the credit card was billed $111.00 with no explanation - and quite frankly advertising $19.99 for local use is false advertising - which I put that on UHAUL squarely. I would very much like a phone call from a rep at UHAUL and potentially explain why the quote came in at a reasonable level yet billed $25. more. Thank you for you attention to this inquiry.
