The exact location needs to be clarified on website. It was a convience store where I had to go. Lack of preparation We had to do our own inspection of the vehicle when we picked it up.

Michelle CThe van was very dirty when picked up. Didn't go over my mileage, left the appropriate amount of gas in and swept the van when finished but still had an additional charge of $8.57. Im unsure if that is a cleaning fee or not but the van only had plastic totes and boxes in it and was never anywhere near any mud (the front of van was filthy with muddy foot prints)Location was also very difficult to find and lacked in available equipment. On a good note, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on filling out the application
