The in store staff was friendly and helpful, and the truck was clean, but the gas tank was nearly empty and the check engine light was displayed on the dash. The truck needed some maintenance before being rented out.
RONALD SAc of truck didn't work. I informed the staff they said you can take the truck as it is. I had to take truck because i had no other option.
Ravideep SThe truck has transmission problems due to which it consumes too much fuel. It was not at all well maintained and more over it does not have any fuel in it. It should have full tank of fuel when we should pick up so that we can drop off with full tank. Unprofessional equipment and maintenance.
Gurjant SMade me wait 30 minutes when I picked up the truck even though I booked and checked in prior. And then, I told them that I already filled the gas and they still charged me for fuel. I have photos and receipts. I called them and put me on hold for 20 minutes until I just gave up. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
