Drugs and illegal paraphernalia were found inside vehicle. Did not get to complete the moving as planned because we had to stop driving the vehicle due to the risk of illegal items inside vehicle It was returned with 20 miles LESS than the estimated miles I prepaid for. And when I tried to address this issue with regional office the employee "Christine, the only Christine at the regional office" was horribly rude, accusatory, impatient, disrespectful and hung up on me when she decided she had enough of me trying to make my problem clear. I've never been treated so awful in my life, especially by someone who is meant to be in a position of service. If I could give negative stars i would. Will never use uhaul again
