I was overcharged for a day that I didn’t have the truck and I’ve been contacting the store to get my money back but she keeps telling me someone is going to call me but I receive no phone call. She seems nice but is not helpful at all.

The costumer service at the location was FANTASTIC. The costumer service provided by U-haul was TERRIBLE. I logged in to check specs for the truck and noticed the time I could pick up my truck changed from 9 AM to 4PM... without any notice sent to me. I reserved it for 2 days but had to have it back in less than 48 hours. The truck was not back to the location on time so I did not even get to pick it up at 4 PM like I had planned. When I called U-Haul to get answers for the changes in my reservation the girl I spoke with was rude an not accommodating what so ever. I was moving my large home with 3 little children... everything took a lot of planning and scheduling. Changing my reservation days before the move threw a big wrench in every plan I had made. The location I picked the truck up at said I should receive a $50 credit for the truck not being there on time... that would be nice. Though I also feel like I should not have been charged for 2 full days when I did not even have the option of having it that long. Also - their was some kind of battery or fluid light on in the truck and no idea why. Just said a little prayer that it would make it from A-B.
