It was stated verbally, at the time of pickup, that we could extend our rental time, with no penalty. Later, when I attempted to do so, I was not allowed to make the request online. The gentleman who made the rental, when I texted him, stated that we could keep it longer, but that we 'might' be charged for another day, which is what happened. So be very careful when you rent, and make sure you have your day planned out to the minute, otherwise instead of paying for two to three extra hours, you'll pay for 24 extra hours.
