By far the biggest issue was the UHaul app and having to use it at this location which was not open for business. The stated hours for the location implied it would be open. The location tried to assist but it still took almost an hour to check-in with the UHaul app including having to upload a picture of my drivers license FOUR TIMES!

I won't recommend for any one to go there. Trailer sat for 3 days not checked in . Won't answer a call. Very very shady place for a Business. It's behind a abandoned hotel.
