I was overcharged Twice on my card,my money was not returned,staff were very rude and unprofessional at both the pickup and dropoff locations hands down I will never use Uhaul again
olesia bEven though the trailer itself was not in great condition the last was very nice and helpful. The ratchets were so rusted they wouldn't work so my husband had to work on them and lubed them up.
