APP to pickup vehicle did not work at all. Thankfully, there was a person there to help.
Kenneth ZWe drove 40 minutes for our 26 ft uhaul. After it was rescheduled at a place out of town. The only uhauls they had were already booked even though we were set for pickup. We then had to come back to our home area and find one. We initially scheduled pickup for 8:30 but wasn’t able to get a uhaul until 10.
Holly HThis location is in the process of closing. No one is on site during regular business hours.
Michael BThe lights weren’t working on the first trailer and had to switch out. The woman at the desk was berating the man who was helping get the trailer attached. It was a little uncomfortable.
