This review isn't really about the pickup location. It's more about my overall experience. I had originally booked a truck to be picked up in Woodsville, NH and because there wasn't one available I had to drive all the way to Campton, NH about 1 hour away. For this, I had to fight with UHaul for a $30 discount. This is insane. First off all, having to drive 1+ hour away to pick up a truck from where I had made the reservation is crazy. That cannot be considered close at all. Secondly, only offering a $30 discount is unacceptable. My time is worth way more than that. Don't allow me to reserve the truck in Woodsville if it's not going to be available and I have to drive over 1 hour away to pick it up. That's bad business.

Carey PFriendly service. Clean and new vehicle. Didn't have the vehicle I wanted, but a substitute was provided at the same price. Would have preferred a vehicle with better gas mileage.
