No person at drop off. Left key in the lockbox. No issues except in the area where I had lousy cell reception to complete the online procedure.
Joseph HAgain, we were not told from this location either that there was a $25 cleaning fee at the end that they just charge us. If it's in the fine print, they should also disclose!!
