Would have been good to know that when the truck was returned during non business hours that you had to do it on the U Haul app while you were at the location. Had to drive all the way back to do it there. Other than that it was a good experience

I order a dollie there was no dollie in the truck but u charged me for it plus u charged me $100 deposit plus the charge of the rental plus an a extra $11 plus the truck was on E I brought it back with more gas in it
Felicia OMy only issue was I was quoted a price of 277 and ended up being billed 323 im not sure what the extra charges were for? Not didn't need insurance or any thing extra. I really wish someone could let me know what happened.
