Truck was not at location I booked 4 days in advance, no one notified us and we were then sent to another wrong location before then being sent to Hickory Hwy. This caused us to be 2 hours late for the moving labor we had scheduled through U-Haul. Need a call. 470-303-0537

Was charged a cleaning fee because it had a little bit of mud on it. Ridiculous for sure. It was raining the day before could not help it. It was not even that much

I would never use the online checkout/ in again. It saved no time on pick up....and return I finally gave up. One of the on site employees was great came and manually checked me in and had me on my way in no time.I would recommend eliminating the do it yourself as the experience is not streamlined or intuitive.

I tried to drop rental off at a location near my home. Not knowing rental had a specific location I was supposed to drop unit, the manger initially refused the rental. His computer system was showing the specified drop location and rental pending at that location. I asked him to contact corporate to confirm all that information. He would not do that. He gave me the phone number of the specified location and 800GOUHAUL. I first contacted the specified drop location to confirm the pending reservation and was told they didn't have a reservation for the trailer and he did not have room on his lot and he didn't rent trailers. I went back to the manager of my choice of locations, had him speak to the other manager to confirm my information and asked him to again call scheduling/corporate and take my rental. He finally did this and was told to accept my drop off. After all this he and his helper were very good and assisted me in parking the trailer and unhooking it. Had he made the calls for me to clear the discrepancy I would have understood the mix up and accepted the decision made. I don't feel it should have been left up to me to research the issue, that seems to me to have been his job as proactive customer service. Thank you.

The Moving blankets on the truck came in handy however it’s printed on the container that it’s six blankets for $10 and I was charged $15.00. I’m not worried about the extra five dollars however, you asked me how you could improve and I would say charge the amount that you’re advertising for or change the amount on the blanket container to $15. Overall I was very impressed and I’m not impressed much these days by most companies. Superior job, y’all are doing fantastic in Hickory Flat.!!!!

I returned the truck around 7:05 pm the same day Rented. The store appeared closed; but a man came out as I was parking & told me to park under the awning... I asked about how to check the truck in on line & he said not to worry about it they would do that in the morning ... My invoice reflected a $20 charge for check in.......No happy with that charge!
