MICHELLE SBuild an box / shelter around the lock boxes to protect them from the weather/ icing. Out of office door sign is a little creepy. It gives off backwoods serial killer vibes. Staff were very responsive and pleasant. Would not have been able to access our rental without them since they needed to use a torch in order to defrost the lock box.
