Jack SI reserved an appliance dolly they did not have one the truck was dirty on the inside I have pictures to prove it! They gave me one of their shop dolly’s to borrow and the one they let me borrow was a crap the tires where busted on it would not hold air in the tires! I was supposed to have the truck picked up at 7 am ended up having to wait for someone to show up and they did not show up until 8am. They charged me for mileage when I still returned the truck with a half a tank of fuel more than what they gave me when I picked it up. Which it was almost on empty! I also returned it clean on the inside. I will not recommend this location to anyone. This was by far my worst experience with U-Haul.
