The whole situation was stupid, we were forced to take a truck that was significantly bigger than we needed and then forced to pay an ungodly amount. The low prices advertised are a lie when they force you to tkS larger trucks and do it as a one way rental.
STEPHANIE BApparently no one ever checked in the vehicle that I returned on time. I received several text messages and phone calls over the course of four days that I had not returned overdue equipment.
STEPHEN SDidn't see a person, did the online turn in and dropped keys in the box.
